Two years later, and it’s still a regular in our dinner rotation. We make it once a week, and it doesn’t matter if we use chicken breast or thighs or whatever onion we have on hand, it’s still delicious.
The recipe is so easy to follow that our kids have made it, too, and there are never any leftovers.
